All workshops will follow these deadlines:

The following deadlines apply to all ICPE workshops that publish in the ICPE Companion proceedings (all except QualITA):

• Paper submission deadline: January 23, 2026 (AoE)
• Notification: February 27, 2026 (AoE)
• Camera-ready deadline: March 4, 2026 (firm)

Note: Some workshops may optionally extend the paper submission deadline up to January 30, 2026 (AoE), at the discretion of the individual workshop organizers.
